Refund policy
At Smirk Swag, all our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is custom-printed just for you. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, do not hesitate to contact us at sophinnovation@gmail.com . Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. -
Sizing Issues:
Please ensure you review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues as each product is custom-made. -
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot make changes or cancel the order as production will have already begun. -
Non-refundable Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
